Manufacturing Excellence

LTM Plastics is Denver’s premier plastic injection molder.

With our state-of the art equipment, we offer a full suite of solutions to help you get your parts made quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards.

With over 50 years in business, we’ve learned a thing or two. We’re experts when it comes to creating parts with a variety of polymers, including engineered resins, inserts, and over-molding. We can even handle assembly and packaging so your product is retail ready.

Too many molders treat their customers like an annoyance. It shouldn’t be this way. Our clients are our partners, and the goal is to maximize your success; not just to churn out some parts.

From the simplest design to complex secondary operations,
LTM Plastics can help.

ALL LTM SERVICES

Because of our QRM principles, both high and low volume requirements are satisfied as we keep our customers in parts even if it is necessary to interrupt orders.

We can perform both robotic and manual inserting of metal and plastic substrate parts for the overmolding process.

Capable of running any resin made for injection molding in any available color.

Common Resin Types:

  • Biodegradable
  • Ocean bound /
  • Recycled
  • Acrylonitrile
  • Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
  • Acetal / Polyoxymethylene (POM)
  • Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE)
  • High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
  • Polyamide (Nylon)
  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Polycarbonate (PC)
  • Acrylic (PMMA)
  • Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
  • High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)

Tooling transfers are handled by first disassembly and inspection of injection molds and fixturing. Any corrections/repairs are recommended and performed prior to sampling. After sampling a final price is given for production quantities now that we have all of the information required to complete our services.

  • Pre – delivery process to understand current manufacturing expectations and current issues.
  • Tool review by In-house mold maker and recommendations for improvement.
  • Qualification trial and provision of samples for approval, including FAI-CPK on request.
  • Release to production with full manufacturing plan including work instructions, inspection plan, and electronic records.

All secondary operations are performed at the time of primary part production, including all machining and packaging. We adhere strictly to QRM principles, and do not batch any production to secondary process.

  • Qualification trial and provision of samples for approval, including FAI-CPK on request.
  • Release to production with full manufacturing plan including work instructions, inspection plan, and electronic records.

Foresight into sourcing and production can impact a design’s success, so our agile team brings an unparalleled combination of design expertise, practical experience, and the best product development technology in the business. Our mission is to create the best products possible for you and your customers, so we have on-site industrial designers and mold makers that thoroughly review your design for the manufacturing process.
